I was intending to send you a thank you email for your great service. Twice I have had a problem with my Jag and twice you have fixed it without any delay, telling me my options and costs up front. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the owner Sam’s honesty. I was scheduled to have a seal replaced that could have been $1500. He figured out that I didn’t need it. I would have never known had he chosen to just do what I scheduled. Also, he charged me nothing for the diagnostic. That’s solid gold.
